Interlag uses HCS to measure account activity and trust. This score is currently used to rank KYC priority and review migration batches. What remains unclear is how much of the reward already shown in the app HCS will keep.
Miners need a table, not another score.
Three rewards must be separated:
- Self-mined coins.
- Referral rewards.
- Security-circle rewards.
Each reward needs four answers:
- What HCS score keeps what percentage.
- Whether the remaining part is removed or only delayed.
- The date of the first payout.
- Whether the final deadline is 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years.
A low HCS score can mean a later review. A low HCS score must not become a reason to hold rewards with no payout date. Fraud accounts can be removed, and the reason must be stated. A real account must have a deadline.
Referral rewards need a deadline even more. The person who invites others has already given the project personal trust. Without a 12-month, 24-month, or 36-month limit, that person cannot know whether the reward is still valid or has been held with no end date.
The point is not that a high HCS score is good. The point is this: with or without HCS, every recorded reward must have a payout date.
